Ko Kaung Arkar Win is the Executive Director at Medi Myanmar Group Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical company in Myanmar that aims to raise the healthcare standards of the community. He is an alumnus of New York University with a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and a Minor in Business Studies from the prestigious Stern School of Business. He graduated Cum Laude and was also a member of the National Chemistry Honors Society during his time at NYU. Subsequently, he pursued his Master’s at Brown University in Innovation, Management, and Entrepreneurship where he was the sole recipient of the PRIME Achievement Award for displaying outstanding academic excellence and project leadership. He continues to further his education by completing programs in Supply Chain, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, as well as Corporate Governance from various executive programs.

After coming back in July 2020, Ko Kaung Arkar Win assumed the position of Executive Director at Medi Myanmar Group Ltd and started executing the succession plan for the next generation of the company. He revamped the supply chain strategies, and organizational structure, and led the digital transformation of the company to be more agile and data-driven. He has also been in charge of the product portfolio development team using his Biochemistry background to design new products to benefit the overall health of the Myanmar community.
