The Batch 5 ?????/??????? ????????? ??????? took place on 25^th – 26^th February 2023 as 1.5 days in-person program at the Novotel Yangon Max.

On Day 1, MIoD’s Faculty, Daw Thuzar Win delivered ???????????? ?? ????????? ?????????? (??) followed by Daw Thaw Dar Sein on the ???????’? ????? ????????? ??? ?? ??? ??????????. The session was later continued by Daw Kim Chawsu on the topics of ???????? ?? ????????? ????? as well as the ???? ?? ??? ????????? ?????????. Day 1 was concluded by U Thura Ko Ko facilitated on ??????? ?? ????????? ????? ??? ?????????? ???? including real-life experiences.

Day 2 continued by U Myo Min facilitating ??? ???? ????????? ?????????? ?? ?????? ??? ????????? ????? ???????????. It was followed by ????? ?????????? between Functional Expertises sharing upon knowledge and real-life experiences useful for the path of being Board Secretary. Daw Kim Chawsu later reviewed ????????? ??? ????????? ?????????. The attendees later worked together in ?????? on the case study. Day 2 was completed with the ??????????? ???????? by Dr. Su Hla Han, Board member of MIoD and recorded with the ????? ?????.
