Ms. Aye Nyein Thu is a Director at National Infrastructure Holdings Co., Ltd, a leading Myanmar conglomerate focused on developing vital infrastructure projects, and the Managing Director of Resources Group Logistics Co., Ltd, which operates Myanmar’s first dry ports in Yangon and Mandalay.

She serves on the Executive Committee of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and has done so since 2023. In recognition of her leadership, she was named the winner in the Business category of the Women of the Future Awards, Southeast Asia 2025.

Ms. Aye Nyein Thu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds an OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain, as well as a Certificate in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution from the Association for Supply Chain Management. In addition, she is certified under the Director Certification Program of MIOD Myanmar.

Before returning to Myanmar, she worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Philadelphia office.
