Thank you for your continued support and shared view in advancing board professionalism and the standards of good governance in Myanmar. Understanding and carrying out our fiduciary responsibilities as Directors has never been more important as we steer our organizations through our resilience and leadership.

We are pleased to let you know that the MIoD’s seventh Annual General Meeting of our Members (“AGM”) will be held (electronically) on Friday, 18 September 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (Myanmar time). The Notice and Agenda of the meeting is shared via members’ email, for your consideration.

We will hold this years’ AGM electronically and therefore respectfully invite you to please attend the AGM on live stream via Zoom, the link for which is also provided in the Notice of the meeting. We will ensure your voice and participation is well represented.

The Proxy Form is included in the Notice and made easy to check the box for the chairperson to represent you if you are unable to attend and also for you to choose your desired votes on each resolution. Please send it back to the MIoD by email to boardsec@myanmariod.com and info@myanmariod.com by 16 September 2026 by 12:00 p.m. Myanmar time.
