Daw Thaw Dar Sein’s practice includes advising on project financing, merger and acquisitions, labour and employment contract matters as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

She also has experience in corporate transactional matters involving cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, banking and finance across various industries including telecommunications, energy, mining and real estate.

She has been previously working at the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar for more than 28 years up to the position of the Deputy Director and has extensive experience in adjudicating the civil and criminal original, appeal and revision cases at the District Court level.

After retiring from the Supreme Court of the Union, she admitted as Myanmar Legal Consultant in a Myanmar leading professional law firm. She joined the Allen and Gledhill (Myanmar) in 2018.

She graduated from the Yangon University, Myanmar with an LLB and an LLM and an MA from Hiroshima University, Japan.

She is fluent in English, Myanmar and Japanese.
