Daw Thuzar Win

Thuzar holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Bradford, where she also developed her entrepreneurial mindset, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Yangon University. She attended intensive HR Management at HIDA (AOTS), Japan in 2015, the DCP (Director Certification Program) and diploma in 2016 from Thai IOD, Post Grad Law Diploma in 2018 and is a 2016/2017 International Woman’s Forum Leadership Foundation Fellow after attending executive education program at Harvard Business School in US and INSEAD Business School in France. With over 20 years’ experience in human resource development and IT professional roles, Thuzar began her career at Total E&P Myanmar where she advanced her IT skills and HR Management skills.

Currently, she is mostly responsible for developing Alpha Power’s business, and leads the retail sales & marketing activities of Alpha Power Engineering. She oversees growth of the company as well the HR and admin functions and contributes to financial planning and management. She serves in Advisory Board Committee of GCE (Golden Corn Enterprise) since the company is founded in 2020.
