2026 ASEAN Board Trends Survey

What keeps you awake? Let us know

As geopolitical tides shift and AI accelerates, the boardroom is no longer a forum oversight; it is a cockpit for navigating unprecedented change. Across Southeast Asia, directors are asking: How do we capture short-term gains amid volatility while advancing value-up priorities, strengthening market valuation, and sustaining long-term investor trust – and are our governance models fit for the decade ahead?

The ASEAN IOD Network is launching a landmark study to move beyond anecdotes and capture the true pulse of leadership, drawing on the lived experience of C-Suite leaders and board members shaping the future of ASEAN business. Our goal: to understand how boards across the region are navigating disruption, setting priorities, and preparing for what’s next.
