Daw Ei Sein Sein Kywe

Daw Ei Sein Sein Kywe is a Director for the Development and Policy Department of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM). She has been assigned as a Secretary of the Domestic Bond Market Development Working Committee (DBMD WC) organized by the Ministry of Planning and Finance since 2019. Before serving in SECM, she worked as a manager for Myanma Economic Bank (MEB). She has about 15 year experiences in banking sector. In 2014, she was transferred to SECM as an Assistant Director to support not only the establishment of Yangon Stock Exchange but also opening a new page of Capital Market in Myanmar.
She was acting as a resource person of the SECM for the ASIA Development Bank (ADB) to participate in the ASEAN Bond Market Forum (ABMF) from 2016 to end of 2020 and supported to publish the ASEAN+3 Bond Market Guide 2018: Myanmar. She was working together with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) from 2017 to 2019 for the enhancement of good corporate governance practice in Myanmar companies and deeply participating to launch the Myanmar Corporate Governance Scorecard 2018: A Report on the Assessment of Myanmar Companies. As another part, she was cooperating with the IFC’s Corporate Bond Market Development (CBMD) Project Team to initiate the Corporate Bond Market Development in Myanmar during 2019 to early 2021. She also worked as a local consultant for the research paper “Capacity Building for Capital Market Development in Myanmar” with the Korean Researchers of Korea Development Institute (KDI) for the Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) 2017/18. She has over 10 year experiences in the Securities Industry in Myanmar.
She attended the Training of Trainer Workshop in August 2018 organized by the IFC (World Bank Group) and successfully completed in Director Certification Program (DCP) Batch 2 of the Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIOD) in November 2018.
She has held a B.Econ in Economics passed with credit and proceeds to continue the Master of Economics (M.Econ) Qualifying Class since 1987 and then, a Master of Development Studies (M.DevS) in 2019 from the Yangon University of Economics respectively.

I am Myo Min. I graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. My first job was somewhere else, but life always has its twists and turns – I ended up becoming an officer. Since 2012, I have been serving at the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA), where I first encountered a law-based working environment. Legal reform, procedural reform, and system reform had happened in DICA—these are the areas I had been involved in, particularly on the implementation of the Myanmar Companies Law 2017 with electronic registry Myanmar Companies Online MyCO. Now, thanks to those experiences, I’m planning to sell sand in the desert. I am serving as a director at the Bago regional office, DICA.

Myint Zaw serves as member on the advisory board of various institutions as well as member of the committees constituted by the government industry associations. He also initiated Corporate and Community programs conducted by Myanmar Brewery Ltd. Under his leadership, the innovative Corporate Social Responsibilities programs for Sustainability and environment care was successfully launched. He also a founder of “Professional Marketers Associations (PMA)”, and voluntarily works as president. PMA aims for developing professional local marketers and contributing Marketing Norms to youth Myanmar Marketers. PMA also introduces oversea guest speakers to Myanmar audience, conducting public talks, TV programs & interviews with local & oversea TV channels like Channel News Azamat. Regular Q&A sessions from Mandalay & Pyinsawaddy FM radio are conducted under the PMA umbrella. Recently, PMA members shared theirs experiences on Good Morning Myanmar Live TV Talk program at MRTV4 and Channel 7.

Mr. Nicolas Delange is the founder and managing partner of Yever, a consultancy offering custom-made solutions to corporate leaders. Since 2016, Yever has worked with Myanmar companies to make their practices smarter, stronger and more sustainable. Nicolas works as IFC’s consultant on corporate governance: he contributed to establish the first Myanmar Corporate Governance scorecard together with the SECM, DICA and YSX.
Before creating Yever, Nicolas used to lead the Sustainability Advisory team of EY in Paris. He has strong consulting experience, helping the largest French companies to include sustainability in their corporate strategy. He specializes both in developing messages that enable companies to communicate their results efficiently to their stakeholders and in improving the sustainability of their business model. He also has expertise in leading stakeholder panels, training and raising sustainability awareness. Nicolas acquired the skills necessary to drive IT projects, especially on issues concerning customer relationship management. He has conducted studies on innovative topics: the carbon footprint of banks, trends in non-financial communication and integrated reporting.
Nicolas holds an MA in Global Communication and a Masters degree in HR Management and Communication from Paris Sorbonne University. Nicolas is a Director of CCI France in Myanmar and Chairman of EuroCham in Myanmar.

Daw Min Min Ayer Naing works at SCM Legal as a partner position since August 2018 following extensive experience at international law firms, Baker & McKenzie for 5 years and Kelvin Chia Yangon Ltd for more than 10 years, recently set up Ayer Legal Services to specialize IP related matters while assisting SCM Legal. She got over 20 years legal experience with both local and international transactions to provide effective and efficient professional legal services.
Min Min has special expertise in foreign direct investment in Myanmar while liaising government officials in different government departments to facilitate progress for foreign investors and local clients. She advices on a wide variety of corporate and commercial works, banking, corporate finance, compliance, regulatory, employment and licensing of foreign investment set up in Myanmar.
She got her master of Business Law and post graduate diploma of law from Yangon University and post graduate diploma in laws (corporate and commercial) from University of London in addition to LLB degree. She also attended arbitration courses conducted by Union of Myanmar Chamber of Commerce and Industry UMFCCI and authorized IP agent courses conducted by IP Department of Myanmar, Ministry of Commerce and WIPO.
She is also a member of ASEAN IP Association and Asia Patent Attorney Association, actively participate in these regional Associations with other Myanmar leading IP lawyers.
Daw Thin Thin Myat

Daw Thin Thin Myat is a certified public accountant with 20+ years of combined experience in various business organizations, international non-government/non-profit organization, and International Development Institutions, in Myanmar and in Ethiopia.
Thin Thin has been working for International Development Institution in the capacity of Head of Finance and Administration. Main responsibilities include financial planning, financial management of country office and make sure control environments are strong. Take advisory and oversight roles to non-finance staff in the areas of system and procedures implementation.
Started career with the business accounting application developer, specialized on implementation of accounting system for different rages of business organizations, including accounting system design, development of systems and procedures, payroll processing, inventory control and management reporting for many business organizations from different industries.
In addition to working with business organizations, she had been practicing in budget proposal, budget planning and monitoring, financial management in international non-government/non-profit organization and international development institutions locally in Myanmar and internationally.
Thin Thin received the first degree, Bachelor of Commerce, from Yangon Institute of Economics and became Certified Public Accountants granted by Myanmar Accountancy Council. She has designation of CGMA, Chartered Global Management Accountants and ACMA, Associate Chartered Management Accountants from CIMA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
