မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် 2017 ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလတွင် အတည်ပြုပြဌာန်းခဲ့သော ကုမ္ပဏီများအက်ဥပဒေသည် ကုမ္ပဏီဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်းနှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုတို့ကို ခေတ်မီစေရန်နှင့် နိုင်ငံ၏ ကော်ပိုရေးရှင်းများကြားတွင် ပိုမိုအားကောင်းသော ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲမှုနှင့် ကော်ပိုရေးရှင်းဆိုင်ရာ အုပ်ချုပ်မှုပုံစံများကို တောင်းဆိုမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ယင်းတို့သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အလုံးစုံရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံမှုအခြေအနေအတွက် အရေးကြီးသော ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုများဖြစ်ပြီး ဒါရိုက်တာဘုတ်အဖွဲ့များ အထူးသဖြင့် စာရင်းစစ်ကော်မတီများ တက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် လိုအပ်မည့်အရာများဖြစ်သည်။
