ABOUT THE WEBINAR
As the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Major Programmes increases, it becomes essential to govern and maximise the value of AI. The incorporation of AI in Major Programmes can lead to more efficient and effective management, but it must be done in a way that is responsible, ethical, and focused on the intended outcomes. Proper governance of AI involves setting clear objectives and expectations, creating appropriate policies and procedures, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Through good governance, the full potential of AI can be realised, contributing to the success of Major Programmes and benefiting government, businesses and society as a whole.
