ABOUT THE SESSION
Most business and organizations developed mission statements for their institutions. However very few leaders are able to identify their own purpose and more importantly develop action plans to implement it. There is clearly a need to identify the “why?” (Purpose) first, before articulating the “how” (Processes) and the “what” (Actions).
The seminar will focus on ‘Purpose to Impact’ process by presenting a step-by-step framework which can be considered for practical use. It is hoped that business leaders in Myanmar adopt a Purpose-Driven Leadership Style as they navigate and address the challenges, complexities and uncertainties.

ABOUT THE SESSION
All organizations have emotional culture and need our attention more than ever. Culture plays an important role in the workplaces and deeply matters. A complex organization culture consists of three interconnected, inter-related and interdependent distinct components:
Cognitive culture (thinking)

To develop emotional culture at work, we must elevate empathy, compassion, respect, kindness, patience, understanding, honesty and trust.
