Employment History

I have amassed a wealth of experience over 17 years, during which I have held pivotal roles across various industries. My journey began as an HR Assistant Manager at Myanmar Kowa International Company Limited from July 2006 to February 2009. In this role, I was responsible for supporting HR operations, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring the company adhered to labor laws and internal policies. This foundational experience set the stage for my later roles in HR management.

From March 2009 to May 2010, I transitioned to Fortune International Limited as an Administrative Manager. Here, I supervised daily administrative operations, managed HR tasks, and ensured the smooth running of office functions. My focus was on enhancing office systems, coordinating with other departments, and overseeing the hiring process.

In June 2010, I joined IGE Group of Companies (Premium Petrol Co. Ltd.) as a Human Resources Manager. My tenure here until May 2012 involved implementing HR policies, managing recruitment, and conducting performance appraisals. I played a crucial role in employee development and organizational planning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving workforce efficiency.

Subsequently, from June 2012 to July 2014, I served as the Admin/HR Manager at Myanmar Kowa International Company Limited. My responsibilities included maintaining job descriptions, managing recruitment, training staff, and ensuring compliance with Myanmar’s legal standards.

In August 2014, I joined Kyaw Thar Engineering & Construction Group Company Limited as a Human Resources Manager. During my tenure until March 2015, I was instrumental in developing HR strategies, implementing performance management systems, and fostering employee relations.

Following this, I held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at High Max Group of Companies Limited from April 2015 to September 2021. Here, I played a significant role in designing group HR structures, revising job descriptions, managing HR budgets, and aligning HR policies with organizational goals. My work contributed to improving recruitment processes, labor law compliance, and employee engagement.

From August 2015 to September 2021, I also served as an HR Coordinator at Yadanar More & More Family Group of Companies Limited. My role involved advising on HR best practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and leading HR projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.

In October 2021, I was promoted to Human Resources Business Partner at the same company, a position I held until April 2023. In this role, I conducted weekly meetings with business units, analyzed HR trends, managed complex employee relations, and provided guidance on restructuring and workforce planning.

As of May 2023, I hold the dual roles of Executive Director at Yadanar More & More Family Group of Companies Limited and Management Consultant at Kyaw Thar Engineering & Construction Group Company Limited. In these capacities, I am responsible for analyzing internal operations, implementing business strategies, coaching department managers, and overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance and performance.
