	Arasu Shankher is Chief Executive Officer of CodeStax.Ai, an enterprise AI and digital transformation implementation firm of over 70 engineers, working with banks, NBFCs and other regulated institutions across India and emerging markets. His career spans over two decades. The first half was spent in large technology companies including Microsoft, Amazon & Google and the second in C-level roles at high-growth technology businesses. He has led CodeStax.Ai since 2020, delivering production AI systems in regulated environments – including identity & video KYC validation, document processing, process automation and risk intelligence. The firm is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. Arasu has worked with Myanmar corporates for the past five years. He has led the design of AI governance policies, model risk controls & compliance frameworks for financial-sector clients and speaks regularly on AI at industry forums in India. He holds a BE in Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai and is co-inventor on patents in the data protection space.
	Alessio leads the AWS technology team helping customers adopt AI agents. He works with ASEAN’s unicorns and enterprises to build highly scalable & innovative services – to fulfil their vision and purpose to “jointly raise the standards of living for the ASEAN community and beyond”. Alessio specialize in Payments and Fintech. Prior to AWS, he worked for banks across Central America, Africa, and Asia, delivering online and mobile banking, wealth management, and retail payments products. Most recently, he was the Chief Architect and CTO of HSBC’s PayMe, Hong Kong’s leading Digital Wallet.
	U Sai Lu Mon Aung is the Chief Executive Officer of KBZMS General Insurance Co., Ltd. and aims to take insurance industry in Myanmar to the next level of maturity and rapid growth working together with multiple stakeholders in the market. He actively promotes corporate governance, diversity & inclusion and sustainability within his organization and partner organizations. He is a seasoned executive with proven track records of driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading & transforming multiple organizations with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results in Myanmar’s largest bank and Wall Street’s largest option market maker. He is a visionary leader with a strong technology background and a demonstrated ability to foster innovation, implement data-driven decision-making processes, and achieve substantial growth in the insurance, banking and capital markets. He excels at building teams from ground up, restructuring teams into high performing cohesive units and growing next generation leaders.
