Khine Wai Thwe is a Certified Director, Faculty Member of the Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD), and Founder & Managing Partner of Alliance Vision Advisory Ltd. (AVA).

With more than two decades of experience across corporate affairs, government relations, business transformation, partnerships, and strategic transitions, Khine has held senior leadership roles with organizations including International SOS, British American Tobacco Myanmar, Wave Money, and Yoma Group.

Her experience spans the full corporate journey—from business establishment and growth to transformation, transition, and responsible realignment—giving her a practical perspective on leadership, governance, risk and compliance, stakeholder collaboration, resilience, and sustainable business growth.

Khine is actively engaged in advancing women entrepreneurship and MSME development as an Executive Committee Member and Chair of the Digital & Learning Platform Committee of the Myanmar Women Entrepreneurs Network (MYANWEN).

As a faculty member and trainer, Khine brings a practical, cross-sector perspective to courses on corporate governance, leadership, women in business, MSME empowerment, strategic transitions, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex business environments—equipping participants with actionable insights they can immediately apply in the boardroom.
