A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Device Business University – DBU

The Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Device Business University – DBU on 6 January 2024.

U Tin Zan Kyaw, Chairman of DBU gave Opening Remarks followed by Daw Thiri Thant Mon, Executive Director of MIoD presented the Myanmar Institute of Directors.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Myanmar Institute of Directors – MIoD and the Device Business University – DBU was signed by Daw Thiri Thant Mon, Executive Director of MIoD, and U Tin Zan Kyaw, Chairman of DBU, and Daw Thin Myat Thu, General Manager of MIoD and Daw Pwint Mar Han, Program Director of DBU signed the agreement as witnesses.

At the end of the Signing Ceremony, Prof. Dr. Aung Tun Thet presented “Corporate Governance 3.0” to the attendees.
