Dr. Giuseppe Sardone is an experienced consultant who has been working with small and medium-sized businesses, as well as family-owned companies, for over 20 years. He has been helping businesses in Southeast Asia since 2012 and is known for his strong track record in fostering growth by ensuring that practices, policies, and processes work together smoothly.

His speciality lies in crafting tailored Corporate Governance and Family Governance frameworks, each uniquely designed to match the developmental stage of the business. Dr. Giuseppe strongly believes in running businesses in a way that is open and sustainable. He teaches companies how to operate sustainably, not just to meet rules and regulations but to actually help them succeed in the long run.

Giuseppe is an expert in teaching strategies and organisational development. He’s really good at breaking down complex ideas into easy-to-understand terms. He also mentors and coaches business leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them deal with the challenges they face and make the most of their opportunities.

Dr. Giuseppe trained as an Industrial Engineer and has a PhD in Management. Before moving to Southeast Asia, he worked in Europe and North America. He is also a proud father of two.

Min Han Tun is also working as an Executive Director at H Valley Myanmar, a company that operates a hotel and hostel. Min Han Tun provides key trainings forHe also serves as a Social Enterprise Consultant for British Council, and works with SMEs in multiple regions of Myanmar.Min Han Tun is a CFA Charterholder, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Finance from Elizabethtown College, USA.
