Her journey with San Pya Confectionary—a legacy brand that began in 1969 in the picturesque Mogok Region—has been transformative. She has played a pivotal role in rebranding San Pya Confectionary into SP Bakery, infusing the historic brand with fresh energy and modern appeal, and marking the dawn of a new era for the company. This rebranding symbolizes the third generation of bakers in her family. Under her leadership, SP Bakery has rapidly expanded to include 26 retail stores across Myanmar, where the enticing aroma of freshly baked goods fills the streets. As CEO, Mrs. Thin Thin Kyaw has been instrumental in driving SP Bakery’s growth and enhancing its reputation, which is celebrated for its outstanding products and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Beyond her remarkable business accomplishments, Mrs. Thin Thin Kyaw is deeply committed to nurturing young entrepreneurial talent in Myanmar. She serves as the President of the Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association (MYEA), where she generously shares her extensive business knowledge and inspires aspiring entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. In addition, Mrs. Thin Thin Kyaw was elected Chairperson of the International Federation of Chinese Bakery & Confectionery Associations (IFCBCA) for the 2023-2025 term. In this role, she is dedicated to strengthening international exchange and cooperation, expanding global exchange platforms, promoting information sharing, and broadening international perspectives to collectively address the challenges of globalization.
