Thin Myat Thu

General Manager

Thin Myat Thu has served as the General Manager of the Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD) since February 2019. In this role, she oversees corporate communications, program and event planning, finance, and administration. With over 15 years of diverse experience across trading and foreign investment sectors in Myanmar, she brings a wealth of operational and management expertise to the organization.

Thin holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Aldersgate College (Philippines) and a Bachelor of Economics from the Yangon Institute of Economics. Her strong academic foundation is further augmented by an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from ABE (UK) and a specialized Diploma in Business Law.
