U Zaw Moe Thant
Group CEO of ACE Data System, ACE Group of Companies
U Zaw Moe Thant is an accomplished business leader and technology executive currently serving as Group Chief Executive Officer of ACE Data Systems Ltd. and ACE Group of Companies. With a strong background in information technology, digital transformation, and strategic leadership, he has extensive experience in driving business growth and innovation across Myanmar’s ICT sector.
He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (B.C.Sc) from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, and an MBA from the International University of Japan. His areas of expertise include communications, emerging markets, operations, risk management, strategic planning, technology, and regulatory affairs.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, he serves as a Director of Alpha Alliance International Ltd. and Myanmar Naing Group Joint Ventures Co., Ltd., contributing strategic oversight and governance leadership across the automotive, engineering, information technology, and digital solutions sectors.
U Tun Tun Linn
Country Managing Director, True Money Myanmar
U Tun Tun Linn is the Country Managing Director of TrueMoney Myanmar. He is an experienced leader with a proven track record in driving fintech business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions for customers and partners. With over 20 years of international experience in California and Myanmar, he has developed a versatile skill set that spans technology, finance, strategic planning, and corporate management, with a strong focus on achieving results and process excellence.
Since 2015, he has played pivotal roles in Myanmar’s digital transformation landscape. As Country Manager for VMware, he successfully established and scaled the business from the ground up, forming a strong local team and robust partner ecosystem. He also served as CEO of Citizens Pay and Group Chief Digital Officer at CDSG, leading digital transformation across multiple sectors, including fintech, retail, real estate, and healthcare, for one of Myanmar’s largest conglomerates. Most recently, he was Chief Business Officer at A Bank (A+ Wallet), where he spearheaded the bank’s digital wallet initiatives, driving financial inclusion and digital payment solutions nationwide.
U Tun Tun Linn holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering from San Jose State University, and an MBA from University of Northampton, with additional graduate studies at Stanford and Santa Clara University. He is passionate about digital transformation and financial inclusion, and serves on the executive committee of the Myanmar Digital Economy Association (MDEA).
Daw Kim Chawsu
Board Member, Myanmar Institute of Directors
Kim is a board director and governance leader with over 20 years of international experience across Asia Pacific and the UK, spanning banking, financial services, and institutional governance.
She has served in independent director roles across multiple sectors, bringing deep expertise in financial restructuring, strategic oversight, and risk governance. Her background in external audit and global financial institutions in New Zealand and London underpins her strong command of internal controls, performance discipline, and executive accountability.
As Founder of K. Academy, a Myanmar-based capacity-building initiative, Kim is committed to strengthening board and senior management capability across the banking and finance sectors. She partners with CEOs, Chairs, and Boards to enhance financial sophistication, drive sustainable profitability, and embed robust governance frameworks.
Kim currently serves as an Independent Director for several organisations, guiding businesses through complex transitions, strengthening financial oversight, and aligning governance with long-term strategic value creation.
She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), holding dual fellowships with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). She is also a Fellow Director of the Thai Institute of Directors and a Board Director and faculty member of the Myanmar Institute of Directors.
