Arasu Shankher is Chief Executive Officer of CodeStax.Ai, an enterprise AI and digital transformation implementation firm of over 70 engineers, working with banks, NBFCs and other regulated institutions across India and emerging markets.
His career spans over two decades. The first half was spent in large technology companies including Microsoft, Amazon & Google and the second in C-level roles at high-growth technology businesses. Arasu has worked with Myanmar corporates for the past five years. He has led the design of AI governance policies, model risk controls & compliance frameworks for financial-sector clients and speaks regularly on AI at industry forums in India. He holds a BE in Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai and is co-inventor on patents in the data protection space. |

Daw Su Sandar ZawDaw Su Sandar Zaw is one of the most experienced in business advisory services and specialized in corporate finance, management consulting, and deal with more than 17 years in Myanmar and Singapore. Su has a strong knowledge of financial management, portfolio management, investment advisory, business valuation and financial modeling in the Finance & Banking Industry and Private Equity Firm with CCA background. Su has extensive experience with project related to the market entries of companies in telecommunication, and banking & financial service industries in Myanmar and Singapore. Su was formally a Finance Director of private equity firm, Anthem Asia Myanmar, and take charged of the portfolio monitoring, overseeing the growth of investment portfolio companies operationally & strategically, and the funds management and closely work with IFC. Su was a Finance Manager about 5 years’ experience in banking sector and one of the pioneers for the transition period of ANZ Bank (Myanmar Branch) from the representative office to the branch. Thus, she has a strong knowledge of financial & operational system set up, and a strong collaboration with the regulators. Su also has about 8 years working experience in F&B sector, and education sector in Singapore. Su is graduated with Bachelor of Commerce, and she is holding a Master of Banking & Finance. She is Myanmar First Winner and world ranking 11th of Advanced Performance Management, ACCA UK. She is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from United Kingdom and Chartered Practising Accountant Australia.
