Thiri Thant Mon: “I am truly honoured to be chosen to lead the MIoD and to be given the opportunity to serve Myanmar through the MIoD’s corporate governance and director education initiatives. Good corporate governance first and foremost helps organisations achieve goals, navigate challenges and thrive by enhancing strategic vision and oversight by the board and management. I firmly believe that strengthening Myanmar’s private sector and attracting investment into productive enterprises contribute to job-creation, economic and social development. I am humbled to be able to play a role in the future of our country through the MIoD.”
