Learning Series: Building Great Businesses that Last Program Batch 1

On 9 May 2026, we successfully conducted Batch 1 of the “Building Great Businesses That Last” program at Inya Lake Hotel.

Designed for founders, business owners, and next-generation leaders, this one-day program focused on how businesses can scale sustainably through stronger governance, financial discipline, organisational capability, competitiveness, and continuity.

Through practical case studies, interactive discussions, and action planning sessions, participants explored the 4Cs framework of enduring businesses — Capital, Capability, Competitiveness, and Continuity — with Governance at the core.
