Our online panel discussion, “The Culture We Create: Leadership, Behaviour and the Changing Workplace” was successfully held on Thursday, 22 October 2026 via Zoom, with around 75 attendees.

The discussion explored how leadership behaviours shape workplace culture, the warning signs of a toxic work environment, and how AI and generational differences are changing the way we work and learn.
