- To process payment for your membership or any other purchases and subscriptions;

- In relation to your registration for our Learning Series training courses, events, seminars, workshops and/or conferences;

MIoD will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized disclosure. Subject to the provisions of any applicable law, your Personal Data may be provided, for the purposes listed above (where applicable), to the following entities or parties, whether they are located in Myanmar or overseas:

- Relevant government regulators, statutory boards or authorities or law enforcement agencies to comply with any laws, rules, guidelines and regulations or schemes imposed by any government authority;
- Third party reward, loyalty, privileges and co-branded program providers;
- Business partners that provide any membership services and benefits; and
- Any other person in connection with the purposes set forth above.

However, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any Personal Data we may have collected from you or about you, or that for example no harmful code will enter our website (for example viruses, bugs, trojan horses, spyware or adware).
