ABOUT THE SESSION
‘Servant/First’ Leadership is leadership style which is contrary to traditional understanding of leadership. It requires authenticity and humility on the part of leaders. The seminar will address the questions of ‘why’, ‘how’, and ‘what’ of servant leaderships. It will also touch on how business leaders can apply servant leadership principles in the workplace.
