The thirteenth instalment of Leadership Series on “The Art of 21st Century Leadership” was concluded with over 270 attendees.

A sincere thank you to our Patron, Sayar Gyi Prof. Dr. Aung Tun Thet for sharing such inspiring insights and to all participants who joined the session individually or as groups and contributed to the enriching dialogue.

The session explored how to lead in times of disruption and uncertainty. He discussed six key traits of modern leaders; energy, service, learning, resilience, levity, and stewardship, and best practices like engaging stakeholders, enrolling teams in vision, building agility, and fostering trust. Organizations must grow leaders through mentorship and feedback, while CEOs play a vital role in modelling these traits, driving innovation, and preparing the next generation.
