About the Webinar

Over 80% of senior executives say that their strategies tend to fail/under-deliver on their ambitions. Why? It’s two things – a combination of not having the ‘right’ strategy and/or not building the enduring commitment needed to deliver it. In this conversation we will explore some lessons/guiding principles that should inform any strategic planning effort, as well as a framework that organizations can use as a starting point for driving a robust strategic planning process.
